Blessings of Nature's Targets
Asked by PremiumCola 11 years ago
At the moment I'm trying to make a mono green heroic deck.
If I have a Centaur Battlemaster on the field and I cast Blessings of Nature on him, do I count Blessings of Nature as this:
Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.Resulting in a 19/19 Centaur Battlemaster
Or would the outcome be:Put 4 +1/+1 counters on target creature.
Resulting in a 10/10 Centaur Battlemaster

So what you're saying is: that it doesn't matter how many times a spell targets the same creature as only 1 heroic trigger can be triggered per creature per spell ?

Yes, that is correct. Heroic triggers once per spell cast targeting the creature. Additionally, spells only target for each instance of the word target in their text. So Blessings of Nature only targets once, but Martial Glory targets twice.

It would be a 10/10, because heroic counts spells casts.
