When playing Baleful Strix and it comes up against Atraxa, Praetors' Voice will Baleful Strix also kill Atraxa, Praetors' Voice

Yes.

Combat damage is dealt all at once during the combat damage step. Atraxa will deal 4 damage to Strix and Strix will deal 1 damage to Atraxa. Both have deathtouch so any amount of damage is lethal, so both will die. Atraxa's controller will also gain 4 life from lifelink.

In order to have one beat out the other, one has to have first strike or double strike.
