Athreos, God of Passage vs Anger of the Gods will my creature be exiled or return to my hand unless my opponent will take 3 per creature

Exiled.

Athreos, God of Passage has a triggered ability that triggers when a creature you control dies. Anger of the Gods has a replacement effect that replaces the event of creatures dying (remember that "dies" means "is put into the graveyard from the battlefield") with creatures being exiled instead. Because the creatures never die, they never trigger Athreos, God of Passage 's ability.
