Are creatures with evolve effected by ETB +1/+1 effects?

Say I have a Cloudfin Raptor and I play a Young Wolf . Raptor gets a +1/+1 obviously. If Young Wolf dies, it comes back as a 2/2, entering the battlefield with a +1/+1. Does Cloudfin Raptor become a 2/3 since Young Wolf literally entered with a +1/+1?

Yes. This works the same way for creatures with Unleash.

Yes.

In addition to being a triggered ability, undying is a replacement effect that modifies how the creature enters the battlefield. The +1/+1 counter is placed on Young Wolf as Young Wolf enters the battlefield, meaning there is no time at which this instance of Young Wolf is a 1/1. It enters the battlefield as a 2/2.

Because Cloudfin Raptor is a 1/2 at this time, its evolve ability will trigger, and Cloudfin Raptor will get another +1/+1 counter.

Note that the outcome is different when the buff comes from an ETB triggered ability rather than a static ability. Something like Reverent Hunter enters the battlefield with its base P/T, so it won't trigger evolve abilities unless that base P/T is high enough.
