Archelos + Coveted Jewel

Question: A tapped Archelos, Lagoon Mystic and Coveted Jewel are out under control of the same player and an opponent gains control of Coveted Jewel, does Coveted Jewel untap as it comes under control of the opponent or does it enter tapped because of the tapped Archelos, Lagoon Mystic on board?
Would appreciate some insight on this!

Coveted Jewel isn't leaving play when it changes controller. So it isn't entering play again. It will untap as per it's ability and Archelos won't have any effect since he is looking for things entering play.
