knowing that anowon the ruin sages effect is for everyone to sacrifice a nonvampire creature, would witch bane orb protect the opponent from having to sacrifice a creature sense the ability also targets the player, well not target but includes that player with the bane.I

Anowon does not target. Hexproof only protects against targeting. A player with Witchbane Orb still has to sacrifice.

To be absolutely clear: an effect only targets if it uses the word "target". Other words like "each", "you", etc. by themselves don't mean an effect has any targets.
