Anger of the gods and dying triggers?

So, Voice of Resurgence ... If I kill it with Anger of the Gods will it create a token?

yes, Voice of Resurgence states on its death it will create a token, it does not care how it dies.

No. Dies is magic shorthand for "is put into the graveyard from the battlefield". Anger of the Gods sets up a replacement effect causing Voice of Resurgence to be exiled instead of going to the graveyard, so it's ability will not trigger.

No need to summon him.

Anger of the Gods will replace the event of death with exile. Replaced events didn't happen.

An Exiled Voice of Resurgence does not die, and won't create a token from death.
