Am I obligated to divulge which creatures are face-down if they're "known."

Asked by Pheardemons 1 year ago

Let's say I am playing my morph deck, and I morph Weaver of Lies into turning 5 other creatures face-down. Later, my opponent wants to try and target a specific creature, we'll say they're trying to target Ainok Survivalist, but they don't remember which creature it is. Because that creature is known as one of the face downs, am I obligated to tell them which one? Are there rules about "shuffling" the face-down cards so they don't know?

This is the best answer I could find.

"You must ensure that your face-down spells and permanents can easily be differentiated from each other. You're not allowed to mix up the cards that represent them on the battlefield in order to confuse other players. The order they entered the battlefield should remain clear. Common methods for doing this include using markers or dice, or simply placing them in order on the battlefield."
