Akroan Crusader tokens and Martial Glory

I know that I can only get one token from Martial Glory on Akroan Crusader , but does the crusader trigger and resolve before I select the second target? As in, can I buff the crusader +3/+0, get the token, and then buff the token +0/+3?

No. You name the tartet(s) for Martial Glory when you cast it. So you either target the Akroan Crusader w/ both effects or you choose another existing target.
