Ability Question Finks and Kiki

If I use Kiki-Jiki on Kitchen finks, or another creature with persist, would the copy come back after it becomes sacrificed with his ability because of persist?

Note that persist triggers, it doesn't activate.
Although what Raitaki stated is true, there is also another game rule stating that creature tokens can never return to the battlefield after leaving it.

The tokens wouldn't come back. When the die, their persist/undying ability would activate, but they will cease to exist due to not being on the battlefield before the ability can resolve, so there'd be nothing to return to the battlefield.
