2 Regal Behemoth = 2 extra mana?

If I control 2 Regal Behemoth and am the monarch. Do my basic lands tap for a total of 3 mana?

Yes. His effect is just a triggered ability that triggers off the tapping of land for mana. It is not a replacement effect, so if you tap a land for mana while you have two of them on the board and are the monarch, both with trigger, and each will separately give you one mana of any color. :)

Edit: Also it should be noted, he triggers off of any of your lands, not just basic lands. :)
