Can't Upload Alters

I can't seem to upload alters of cards. If I go to where my alters are kept, I see them, and I can still use alters, but I wanted to add an alter for Anya, Merciless Angel I found, and the green "Add Alter" button simply was not there. I have already uploaded 13 alters, and have not upgraded my account in any way, but I didn't see anything saying there was a limit on how many alters you could upload. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or there is some information I am missing.

Whole process;

>Inventory
>>Alters
>>>[Add Alter]

>>>>Card name will pull a drop-down menu to choose from

>>>>Choose the alter "type" (token, signed, custom, etc)

>>>>Choose the printing version

>>>>Upload photo

>>>>Description / Credit

>>>>Save

Now, when browsing alters you have made or others have made, you'll see letters and numbers between astrix. For example; *A=29373*

When you link the card, like it with these after the name, such as this when in your deck:

1x Ornithopter *A=29373*

Or this for linking the image:

[[Ornithopter *A=29373*]]

This is an alter I made to add the token from the Theros Archenemy set, for the purposes of a Horde deck I made. Ornithopter chosen for the mana value.

Same with me, the "add altar" button does not appear next to my name. The total number of altars on the site, 23,240 has not changed for some days. There is an issue with the Add Altar function.

I had the same issue, and I just sent off an inquiry using the "contact us" link at the bottom of the site. They had it resolved in less than a day.
