Physically repacking cards for drafting

What's the best way to do it? Background is I bought a buddy's collection a while back and have thousands of commons and uncommons I want to get rid of, so I thought I'd host free drafts out of my collection. It'll be like a cube, except players can take the cards home. Was thinking of doing this for newer and/or younger players.
I would want to have everything ready to go ahead of time, since the players aren't going to help me shuffle or create the draft packs, so I need a way to basically emulate the wrapper from an unopened pack.
Is there something I don't know about that can accomplish this, which I can buy cheaply? Or is there some technique that would make it easy, such as a particular way of folding paper to make an envelope?

I almost definitely won't know how many people are coming in advance. Best case scenario I'm going to have several kids attending (you'll never have more fun with your $400 EDH deck than a kid busting a Terra Stomper out of a pack). In that case I'm pretty sure they're going to immediately start flipping through any stack of cards I give them. At the very least I'll need to use a rubber band on each one with an index card or something hiding the bottom card. But that seems a bit crude, especially as it places a lot of wear on the cards... then again they're going to be bulk commons/uncommons so it is an option.
Anyone got a more elegant idea that doesn't involve trusting my players to be patient?

That's not a bad idea. Especially if I can get some that are more or less magic card sized. Thanks!
Anyone else got ideas?

You could also just make bands with either construction paper or office paper and then secure the bands with tape. Think of like money bands. Alternatively you could just use those. I didn't realize how cheap they were or that they had blank ones unil I went to that site to show what I was talking about.
If you want to hide the front card of a packet this way just include a basic land in the packs and put it on the front.

Use rubber bands. Place a land in the front so you cant see that card..

Second smackjack For cube I put a land on the bottom and then use a rubber band (I get one free every week on my free shopping newspaper).

Use rubber bands. Either use a land on top, like said before or just flip the top card (That's how it's done at the PT/GP).

That origami folding thing won't work I think, as the 'letter' is actually just the unfolded 'envelope' - you're not actually intended to put something inside it. I might be able to tweak it to to work it like that though..
I went to Staples and looked at envelopes, and the '6 coin' is almost the perfect width but is a bit too tall. Since I don't need to seal is I was thinking of just cutting them down to size, or maybe folding them over. They only had them at Staples in 250-packs for $19 though...

Basically my answer to your question is to not wrap them in anything.
Know how many people are gonna be coming to draft, and shuffle a bunch, then just make that many piles of 15 cards. Store temporarily until people arrive to draft, then hand to them and assume honorable enough to not look at the cards until the time is ready. Basically my answer to your question is to not wrap them in anything.
I know that's kinda a lazy solution, but its really easy to do, and requires maybe fifteen mins of prep each time. Its how I put together packs for my cube, and I haven't had any problems with it yet.
