It's a Black Enchantment, costs 1BB, gets attached to a land, and gives it: "Tap, Pay 1 life: Draw a card."

I think that's an interesting tool for Mono Black Control or control builds in general that run Black. I think the ability to activate it at any time makes up for it requiring a tap of your land to use. Interacts will with Arbor Elf too.

The key is that it will only be valuable after you've drawn three cards. Otherwise Sign in Blood could do the exact same thing for only BB. Personally I like it, but I don't know how much it will see use in Standard.
