I have been told and shown many different things on Palinchron. I have also played with him but now issues are rising for his rulings. I want to know. Whey you block with palinchron with a creature with or even without trample and I use his effect to return him to my hand what is the outcome of the damage and if it has trample than what? Can you show me proof that even using his mana ability can stump the creatures attack or not?

The TappedOut forum is for site-related questions. Rules questions should be asked in the Q&A. I can't move this to the Q&A, so I'll move it to General.

Please link all cards in your question.
Palinchron

First, Palinchron has no mana abilities. A mana ability is an ability that adds mana to a player's mana pool, doesn't have targets, and isn't a loyalty ability. Palinchron has a static ability, a triggered ability, and an activated ability that isn't a mana ability.

Second, once a creature is blocked, it remains blocked for the rest of combat. Blocked creatures can't deal combat damage to players or planeswalkers unless they have trample. If the blocked creature does have trample, and if you return Palinchron to your hand after blocking with it, then the trampler will hit you or your planeswalker for full combat damage because there's nothing left blocking it. (Note that blocked creatures still remain blocked even if the blocking creatures leave combat before the combat damage step.)

If you actually want rule quotes, I can drudge them up.

Is there a way to go around the four mana it costs to return him to my hand?

Not really. Training Grounds , maybe, but it's not worthwhile.

Palinchron is best used in infinite mana combos. It's just bad in other applications.
