Anyone know what's going on? There are a bunch of cards from the TMNT set. I guess I'll just build my decks elsewhere but it doesn't make any sense.
Missing: Dark Leo & Shredder Don & Leo Problem Solvers Don & Raph Hard Science Krang & Shredder Mikey & Don Party Planners Mikey & Leo Chaos & Order Turtle Power!

findthelorax, you can submit cards for addition in the Cards section. If you click on any of the sets and search for the cards you're interested in you can see if they've been submitted for addition already.
I usually go to Scryfall to get the clearest official arts and correct rules text to copy/paste over. It can take a few days for cards to "go live" after they've been submitted.

Ah, I see. thanks. I've been away for a long time and didn't realize it was a recently released set. I appreciate the information!
