Wrong forum.

Question depends on too many variables to answer.

Functionally: One can get you dual lands and the other gets you more than one land. Which is "better" is entirely situational.

These are two completely different cards, Farseek is good for fetching shocklands. Kodama's Reach ramp one and give you a basic land. It depends pf the deck you plan to use them...

This depends solely on how intense your mana is for your deck. That means, do you run a 2, 3, 4 or 5 color deck. Farseek allows you to find lands with the subtype Mountain, Island, Plains, Swamp which allows you to grab shocklands. This makes Farseek extremely powerful in multi-colored decks.
The reason Kodama's Reach is so good is because it ramps while also fixing your land drop for the next turn. the downside to this is the cost of 3 mana. You pretty much lock up your early turns ramping. So the biggest question is, how mana colors are you running and are you running shock lands. If you are running a 2 + colors and shocklands, use Farseek ; otherwise use Kodama's Reach

An important difference that no one else has mentioned: Farseek costs 1 less. You can play it on turn two without other accelerators. So it really depends on the deck. If you don't have one drops which allow you to play Kodama's Reach on turn two, it loses some effectiveness. It also depends on how many 4 or 5 drops you play.
