Cost 1 Red Mana Less Cards?

Are there any cards out there that make casting a creature cost 1 red mana less?
That only reduces the colorless mana cost of red spells. The only red card currently that reduces a colored mana cost for red spells is Ragemonger , and its applications are somewhat limited. For colorless costs of red spells, both Nightscape Familiar and Thornscape Familiar will function exactly like Ruby Medallion .
