I have always gone to TCGPlayer. They probably have every single token you are looking for at great prices.

There's the official tokens from booster packs, you should be able to find them wherever you normally get your cards. I know Star City Games does a lot of custom tokens, and have heard good things about them. Card Kingdom is where I get my singles, and they have some pretty cool tokens, but not a lot of the things you're looking for.
Alternatively, you could use Pokemon cards, that's what I do.
