Mind Seize: To Buy or Not to Buy?

So. I had a chance to buy a Mind Seize Commander 2013 deck at Target today. It was sitting at MSRP, $30. Now, I know the price on this thing has decreased since the days that it was $60-80. I see it now at $40 most often. And True-Name Nemesis has plummeted to around $25. In terms of sheer individual card value, this thing is still a bargain at $30.
I already have one that I opened, and another sealed. Is buying a third a good idea? If I hold onto it for a year or so, leaving it sealed and waiting for it to go out of print, I get the feeling that I'll be able to sell it for a decent profit.
What is the community verdict on this musing?

Eh. I bought several C13 decks when they came out, and it hasn't really turned out to be very profitable yet. Granted, the decks are still available. But overall, I feel the quality is worse than the original CMD decks. It'll take a while for them to appreciate, and I don't know how significant the appreciation will be.

I would wait for them to go out of print. I bought one that I haven't opened. If it doesn't work out in the next few years, I still have some sweet cards like Baleful Strix and True-Name Nemesis

WotC has stated that these sets are not on a "limited print", and will be printed so long as demand for them is there. That makes them a pretty terrible investment, I wouldn't hold on to it for very long.

I thought they were going to make annual or biannual commander products.

Hmmm. Nevertheless, they will eventually go out of print. But yeah, the original Commander decks were of superior quality IMHO.
Still in terms of singles at present market, Mind Seize is still a decent buy. Maybe I'll just keep 'em around for good card fodder when I want to build a new EDH deck. So there's that at least, if they don't end up appreciating.
Thanks for the thoughts, fellas.

@ThatBlueMage: The thing is, WOTC realistically won't print more C13 at this point. It's still readily available at larger retailers, and we're approaching the point at which a new Commander release should either be prepared or in the works. When that release comes out, C13 will probably be officially discontinued.
Overall, C13 isn't a great investment, but it isn't awful. The worst part about it, though, will be finding a buyer worth selling to. Shipping costs will probably negate most of the profit you'd make by selling the sealed decks at a premium.

Yeah. Maybe I'll just keep the cards as fodder. But who knows what will happen?
I don't see myself opening one for quite some time. For now, I've got two of 'em set aside for a rainy day, either to crack open and build from one, or to sell off.

Sealed product goes up in value once its out of print. How much profit in what time depends on the market. I would say go for it and keep one for the long term (2+ years) and one whenever you feel the time is right.
