Thelon of Havenwood tiny leaders

I've been teetering on the edge of making a tiny leaders deck and I was also considering rebuilding my Bloodthirsty Garden edh deck. So why not combine the two? So my question to you is, what should I add to make this slow 
general somewhat decent in tiny leaders.

Abrupt Decay is great in TL, same goes to Inquisition of Kozilek.
