Help w/ RUG Control Standard

Hey so I am building a RUG standard control deck. I've found it to play pretty well. I just want some help building a sideboard to beat control and to see where and if I need to put in an [[Elixir of Immortality]

The deck plays very well against all decks except Mono black devotion, UW control, and BUG control. Its 50/50 for BUG and Mono Black devotion. UW control absolutely stomps me. I feel my sideboard should be focused on getting rid of Desecration Demon and Master of Feasts as well as being able to survive through a U/W deck. I think adding more counters to the sideboard would be helpful, but I am confused on if I should use more. I also do not have the best knowledge of how UW control can be beaten. I know they play Elspeth and Aetherling. I can deal with Elspeth I believe but Aetherling drops and its gg. Not to mention, UW control can sit on cards forever and a day because my deck pre sideboard has Mizzium Mortars and Anger of the Gods which suck against the control match up until an Elspeth gets dropped. But that seems to be my own troublesome match up is UW control.
