Got this cheap deck and im ready to pimp it out :)

I am new to magic have only played Arena for a few months and my friend said I should get some cards so we can play at his place, not sure if I was going to like it or not I opted to get a cheap deck with a mechanic I enjoy so I went for this:

Still being very knew to the game my friend destroyed me in all games but one and that was because I told him not to play his blue decks XD, I still enjoy the mechanic of this deck and would love to spend some more money on upgrading it. What should I buy and what should be replaced? Thank you for any help!

Here is a deck that I have made that is a little more expensive: WB Gain and Drain if you want to spend even more, take out Banehound for Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose as he is very powerful in lifegain. Heliod, Sun-Crowned is also another more expensive option.
