So this card is meant to gain different types of landwalk were the type of walks it gains is depending on the type of colors you spent to cast it.

Example you tap a green, red and blue land to cast this spell it would gain Forest, Mountain and Islandwalk.

So it will always gain forestwalk cause you'll always have to tap for green and up to two other walks meaning it will never be totally unblockable

If it isn't worded right please tell how to fix it

"As this creature enters, it gains landwalk for each color of mana spent to cast it. (For example, if you spent white and black mana to play this spell, it gains plainswalk and swampwalk.)" is the best way I can think of.

Not any way you're dodging using some explainer text, since

  1. lands dont have color

and

  1. nonbasic lands can still produce colored mana

Additionally, this card is a little weak. a 2/2 semi-unblockable creature is fine at 1G. Honestly a 1G mana cost with 3/2 P/T would be pretty cool and a sleek design.

  • "If you spent to cast this spell, it enters with a plainswalk counter. The same is true for and islandwalk, and swampwalk, and mountain walk, and and forestwalk."

Kind of clunky, but I think this wording covers all bases and ambiguities. There might be something I'm overlooking, though.

DeinoStinkus An aggressive 3/2 for usually doesn't start eith more than trample + temporay +X/+X (Aloe Alchemist, Yavimaya Iconoclast), so I'd be a little concerned that full unblockability might be too much at that rate, even if it's only on part of the time.

Landwalk is pretty much all or nothing, either it's unblockable or it's a wordy vanilla, and having it be dependent on your mana might be enough of a restriction. If I was playtesting this card, I'd be keeping a close eye on the MV/stats ratio. Maybe start with a 3/2 for , making it a more flexible Stalker Hag.

I really like the layout of this card: you get benefits for the multi-colored cast, but it prevents the creature from getting more than three walks. Additionally, now that this sort of thing is done with counters, there is weird stuff to be done with those counters. Lots of fun! And making it a bird seems perfect, though I wouldn’t have thought of it. Maybe make it a mount, or something like that? I don’t know that new stuff, but getting a giant ostrich from the area that will get you through… solid gold!

May this card gets X landwalk counters where X is the colors spent to cast this card?

Stardragon X is pretty much always a number in M:tG, not any other kind of variable. I think that would get twisted into something like "This gets X landwalk counters of your choice, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast this spell" which isn't what this card's trying to do.

I think legendofa 's formatting is probably the best way you're going to achieve the effect you want without a lot of text. Keyword counters are a pain but it's the best way to keep track of what effects your creature has in the long run. Plus, it's a not-wordy way of tying color of mana to the different landwalk abilities, which usually have no relation to one another.
