Daedric Crescent (TES)

When I have time to work more on the set, I'm not actually sure if this would be in it. Perhaps as a rare.
The plan all along was to have all 17 Daedric be Mythic, as well as perhaps 2 Planeswalkers and maybe 1 more card for a staggering 20 Mythics in a single set.
Each Daedric Prince (Demon God) comes with a Shrine, at Rare, where each Shrine holds synergy with it's Prince.
So that's 17 Mythics and 17 Rares right off the bat. Plus 2 or 3 more Mythics.
As much as I'd love to introduce the Aedra, it simply wouldn't be possible.
If I really wanted to get into it, there's also 17 Daedric artifacts. That's another 17 Rares.
About 20 Mythics and 34 Rares just between the Princes, shrines and artifacts.
I was speculating about 260 cards. For a comparison, Dominaria United has 281 with 60 Rares and 20 Mythics. So my ideal above actually fits quite well and gives room for a bit more.
With the events of Morrowind and Oblivion canonically only 3 years apart, it would make sense to actually combine them. Alternatively, a 2-set block of Morrowind and Oblivion would actually work quite well. Whereas Oblivion has Jyggalag, Morrowind could have Dagoth-Ur.
Of course then you ask yourself about Vivic, Almalexia and Sotha Sil...
Ugh, and what about Keening, Sunder and The Wraithguard??
Ahhh!!

Actually!! :O
Sheogorath and Jyggalag could be MDFC!! That'd actually make a ton of sense!
I was planning on Sheogorath being Izzet and Jyggalag being colorless, anyway.
Honestly what could be done is also the following: What if the Daedric Prince was their own card, and the Shrine was an MDFC with the Artifact on the reverse?
Come to think of it, ooo...
Okay okay hear me out
Each of the 17 Daedric Princes are MDFC
Front is their Demon God side
Reverse is a legendary land for their plane in Oblivion. So for example, Molag Bal's reverse is the legendary land of Cold Harbor, and Mehrunes Dagon's is Deadlands.
Then, you have the Shrine. The front is the Shrine itself. For example, Shrine to Hircine and Shrine to Azura.
The reverse is their respective legendary artifacts. For example, Cuirass of Savior's Hide or Star of Azura. Respectively, of course.
OH GOD HOW WOULD SOUL TRAP WORK??
Soul Gem
Token Artifact
Soil Gem enters the battlefield tapped unless a nontoken creature died this turn.
When Soul Gem enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you exile a creature card from target players graveyard.
, , sacrifice Soul Gem: Add mana in any combination of colors equal to the type and number of colored mana pips of the creature card exiled with this artifact.
So you exiled a Bloodbraid Elf? You get to add your choice of , or !! :D
HOLY SHIT
What if, hear me out, Sheogorath was the Demon God on his front, but the REVERSE WAS NOT ONE BUT TWO LANDS???
Okay okay okay follow me on this
Just like the old school flip cards
Top half is
- The Shivering Isles: Mania
And the bottom half is
- The Shivering Isles: Dementia
And whenever you use one side, at the beginning of your end step, it flips to the other side. Or you flip a coin at the beginning of your upkeep when you untap it to see what side it becomes
Ooooo that's nasty

Oh God
Adoring Fan
Legendary Token Creature - Elf Advisor
Defender
Whenever a creature attacks you, flip a coin. If heads, exile Adoring Fan. If tails, you may sacrifice Adoring Fan. If you do, remove up to two attacking creatures from combat.
By Azura, by Azura, by Azura! It's the GRAND CHAMPION! I can't believe it's you, standing here, next to me!!
