By Gen or by Color?

So I am once a again going to put my Custom Magic Set here based on my favorite franchise Monster Hunter. The last time I did it, I dumped all 600ish card into one Forum page and many many people complained on the length or defended the length but never actually critiqued any cards. So im going to release them in chucks in hopes that it makes it easier to digest. While my old Forum page is still up it is a bit out dated as I have update a few cards and made more since. I'm thinking of either doing based on color like wizards does I.E All the White cards, than Blue than Black and so on or based on the Generation there were introduced in. I'll let the community vote.
I hope I get a decent bunch of people to get in on this as this has been something I've been working on for over 5 years and my LGS is actually going to be hosting a Draft tournament using these cards when I get around to printing them, So I really want these to balanced (with some juicy chase bombs of course), So it can be a fun time for everyone involved
Note: While knowing about the MH Franchise can help, you DO NOT need to be familiar with it and judge the cards solely as Magic cards ill seriously consider any real inputs given

I'll vote by color, but I don't really know anything about Monster Hunter past the very basics, so the gens won't mean anything to me.
Also, are you able to ask around on other sites or at your LGS? More feedback is always better, and it feels like there's only a couple of people regularly reviewing custom cards here.
