Context: I wanted to make a few OP cards that
A) Had an effect outside of the normal color pie
B) Still felt like the color could do it within reason.
Cards to follow in the comments for space reasons
EDIT: there's a typo in the blue card. Tried to fix it but caught it too late

The blue and Red ones feel out of color pie, the Black one is fine-ish, and the Green one could work as long as you said "Counter target blue insant" e.g. Guttural Response.

I did want to break from the pie just a little bit without going overboard

I think the green spell would be better of as :
Counter target spell that targets a creature you control.
That target creature gains +3/+3 trample until the end of your turn.
This follows the flavor of a "beastial defiance" more as it makes the creature that was "defying" bigger rather than any creature. In addition to that, in many cases, in addition to that, changing the text to "until the end of your turn" instead of "until the end of your next turn" makes it more fair for the low cost of
as you don't get a potential of 2 turns with the buff. Finally, by changing it to a "spell that targets a creature you control", it is making it seem as if the creature is being defiant (once again, more flavorful) and doesn't allow you to just stop an instant of your choice.

There's a difference between a little out of color pie and on the other side of the fucking world. I don't mind you making OP cards that are bleeds, but I would ask they be at least somewhat reasonable. E.g. Why would Red prevent damage? Why would Blue deal damage to everyone? The blue one is the most out of color pie, but you could make it work.

Well I mean that's the thought experiment. How do you make such vastly different abilities perform flavorfully? It's a fun exercise to me is all. I'll give it some thought

Well, you can make any ability be in a color via flavor. E.g. A red creature can have hexproof because it's so quick and fast. But that doesn't mean you should do that.

Nether Flames would be sweet if it read, "Nether Flames deals 3 damage to target player. You may pay 3 life, Nether Flames deals 3 damage to each creature that player controls."
