chain reaction, or starstorm?

I'm debating taking Chain Reaction out of The Red Sea in favor of Starstorm , but can't decide if it's better or not.

Chain Reaction is only 4 mana, but is sorcery speed and sometimes doesn't have the ability to actually board-wipe.

Starstorm is instant speed, can be made to board-wipe in situations where Chain Reaction couldn't, and is cycle-able if need be, but is much more mana intensive.

People's thoughts?

Even if it costs more, Starstorm will always do exactly what you want it to do, whereas Chain Reaction is highly inflexible. Starstorm has the edge.

Starstorm wins here, because remember that mana intensity isn't as much of a problem in EDH. The instant speed also allows for a play to reset the board at the endstep of the opponent before you, hopefully getting rid a few extra creature that came down that turn. Then you're set up to explode out Goblins on your turn.
