Small short article about random card of the week.

I would do the first article over Organ Grinder .

I would do it over the things that could make this card good

what makes this card not so good and what kind of decks

it could go in, Also I would discuss the pricing of it in the real world.

The Q&A is for rules-related questions. Moved to Articles/Challenges.

This doesn't seem that great of an idea. No offense, but obscure cards like Organ Grinder aren't really relevant to the vast majority of players. You'd have better luck talking about more mainstream cards, even though that defeats the topic you want to use.

I disagree with Epoch, I think it's a good idea. Showing people cards they may not have heard of might inspire someone to make a cool and original deck with it, and make them more generally knowledgeable in the world of MtG.

I would actually be interested in an article that takes a random, seemingly useless card, and makes a deck around that card. For instance, a deck that take advantage of Descent into Madness

I would make your articles about cards that are underrated and have potential to be good, but don't get the love they deserve. Like Chandra, the Firebrand , or maybe Krenko, Mob Boss .

I'm pretty sure it's easy to see the value in Chandra and Krenko.

Now that I think about it, I'd more interested in the decks that utilize these cards than additional insight into the cards themselves. Kind of like From the Lab, but without being bound to recently released cards.

Contrived combos are always fun!

I would be interested. I already think about cards I have like that, like Phyrexian Portal , Gloom Surgeon , Psychogenic Probe , Reveka, Wizard Savant . I would love to see what other people come up with.

@warper I can see the use of Psychogenic Probe . Pair it with something similar to Ghost Quarter would give them the opportunity to get another land out, but at the risk of shuffling their library and taking damage. Gives them sort of an ultimatum, if they really need the land or not.

I would be VERY happy if you made a deck challenge of any type. I support this completely.
