This is minor, but I feel like it's funny. If I replace Flood of Recollection with Call to Mind I can return Stream of Thought, allowing me to recur stuff repeatedly if I have to, handy if I need resilience to wipes/mill. Stream doesn't put the cards into hand, it much more helpfully puts them in the library, where I can fetch them up. I feel like this is a nice synergy, and enough to justify running the noticeably worse Call.
