having trouble deciding to run geist of saint traft or delver. Any opinions?

i add more geists the do wonders and maybe a sword good deck tho check out some of mine tell me waht you think Smokey's Decks oh and +1

I had 4 of the monks in it but they were a little slower than i would like and the only thing that I would throw a sword on is saint traft. Could work though, i will have to playtest it and see how well it works.

id put 4 trafts main board if you can afford it and i know they aint spirits but delvers be good too

and defiantly would run 4 ponder and cut some planeswalkers you realy dont need em and prolly wont be able to fully utilize them anyway id sb 1 elspeth and cut vensuar completely but that just my opinion

i have 3 atm so i might take out the monks for them and delver would be killer but im tryin to stick to the tribe! but if i ever do break from it they will be going in for sure

also id swap the undying evil out for the niblis seeing how most your creatures are tokens aint gunna save nothing and the things it will you can use saving grasp for and be able to flash it back and that will clear up some room for more sb cards

the undying evil is there for doomed traveler, basically im getting two tokens out of him and some extra chump for 2 mana. I just added that last night and am still testing it but i like how it feels but it just doesnt go off as well as I would like. And for the planeswalkers, Venser was amazing when i ran 4 monks cause i would bounce one out every turn and keep getting tokens with it. Now im just bouncing elspeth out with it and using her -2 every turn to flood the field with more tokens. Im not sure if im really liking elspeth though. Its nice gaining loads of life but other than that she just doesnt feel right in the deck.

didnt think about for doomed travler tht is a good idea and the only reason i say cut some planeswalkers is the cost too much and prolly wont get much play time cuh by the time you get em out turn 5 at the very soonest prolly more like 7-8 if the game even goes that long it wont last much longer and you can maybe use their abilties once or twice

btw the undying is also good for mikeaus thus use up all his counters and undying on him then he come back use the couter undying use the counter this is y the mikeaus of the unhollowed says non human gain undying if theyd of let humans it be broken

They dont really see much time on the field but when they do hit the field it goes off, so basically its a failsafe. If the game doesn last that long then im spamming the field, gaining life, or swinging through with everything unblockable. They are there for late game backbone.

I can definately see how that could be useful,but i would need to increase the amount of swamps im running, which right now i only have a splash

Drogskol ReaverMTG Card: Drogskol Reaver is looking like an awesome late game bomb with spirits especially as you have other sources of lifegain

I was running him for a while but it was a little slow. I loved his effect and if I used Vault while he was on the field i pretty much get to pick up my library and dump what i dont need but it just wasnt working.

fair enough, I've only used him in draft where he is incredible, so I haven't seen how he plays in constructed

hes good everywhere, hes just a little to slow for what im trying to do :( i wish i could find a way to make him work better in this deck

i could see how it would be good but normally im swinging with so many creatures that them blocking 1 or 2 is an ok thing
