Back to some hand hate and disruption.
Got Despise for creatures and planeswalkers, and Duress for everything else.
Added back in more Transmute cards, as I wasn't finding the combo fast enough.

TheSurgeon- Someone with your username making a deck entitled after a type of surgery. It makes sense. Hence, the deck title is logical in regards to your name.
