I've been trying to find room for Underworld Breach ever since it came out since in playtests it's been amazing.
Loxodon Warhammer is good, and the extra life is nice, but equipment don't really have very good synergy with the deck's strategy. If I really end up needing the life gain, I'll probably put Elixir of Immortality in instead.
