ADDED Winds of change REMOVED Chandra's Ignition —Aug. 4, 2020
Added Winds of Change which is clearly a card that deserves a spot here as a wheel effect. Removed Chandra's Ignition since I just don't find a ton of value in it. Especially since I have to have Neheb or another strong creature out, then tap 5 mana to do 4 damage. There are plenty of cards that so similar effects without having to have a creature out.
