Out: Blood Moon, In: Pithing Needle
Blood Moon is one of those cards I added for "protection from jerks". I can't even remember the last time I cast it, so it's certainly safe to cut.
As for Pithing Needle, it's becoming more and more relevant these days, so I'm hoping it turns out to be useful.
