How is it possible to win in the 2nd turn, if (with that combo u described) u get Emrakul out the second turn and that turn he has summoning sickness?

because Emrakul is impossible to be countered/destroyed, you take an extra turn when you cast it so you can attack normally and it has annihilator 6 so when it attacks the opponent sacrifices 6 permanents (how many permanents do you think an opponent will have in the 3rd or 4th round). I simply consider that when Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is on the battlefield is extremely difficult if not impossible for your opponents to win the game even if this happens in the 3rd or 4th turn (maximum) and not in the 2nd turn (with the extra turn you get, technically your turn will be 3rd but 2nd for your opponents)

you dont get the extra turn because you didnt cast him, he was placed in play. and he is only protected from colored spells, so Oblivion Ring gets rid of him (it is only a spell until it begins to resolve, then it is an enchantment with a triggered ability). That being said, yeah an Emrakul on turn 4 even is going to be a serious pain to kill. nice cheese here.
