MTG Combo: Ayara, First of Locthwain + Marrow-Gnawer + Plague of Vermin
This combo doesn't really need Marrow-Gnawer if you've been using Ayara a lot, but Marrow-Gnawer does guarantee the kill far more often for opponents who are out of your reach.
