TheVectornaut that’s a great suggestion! I like Scourgemark a lot. Scale wise it might be too small, but I think it’s very usable. You’re right about Fevered Visions being cluttered and I’ll have to look at the Cartouches art again, but I remember them being as you said.

The first thing that came to my mind was Scourgemark as an arm, but I don't know how much body you intend to include with the face. The best I could think of for a nose is Fevered Visions which is pretty bad since eyes and mouth are still visible. For necks/bodies, only the Cartouches came to mind which are also too visually distracting.
