Fist, you have way too many lands. The most you'd want is 24. Second, You need more of the same card. You want your deck to be consistent, and how you have it now is not that at all. Third, I wouldn't include Renegade Firebrand unless you're going to add more Chandra planeswalkers, and there will still be better cards than it.
