So is the only reason you're running Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath as a commander because you want to remain creatureless? Because Erebos, God of the Dead and Kuon, Ogre Ascendant/Kuon's Essence still allow you to remain mostly kinda creatureless while beige strictly better for your style. Heck if you play Kuon directly after a board wipes you'll only have a creature for half a turn. :P
