Ah yes I see ! Thank you very much. And it's a little sad, because it's 2 cards from the same set and same Deck theme. They could have been a great combo :D

Instead of cancelling the purpose of Gutter Skulker  ^Flip ;(

Gutter Skulker  ^Flip will not be unblockable. The effect that makes it unblockable is called as a static ability. It doesn't trigger or go on the stack; as long as the condition is met, it's in effect.

Unlike a triggered ability, it's not a one-shot effect that makes it unblockable, so it will constantly check to see if it's attacking alone. Once the Spirit enters play, Gutter Skulker will be attacking with another creature.

To work the way you're hoping, this would have to be a triggered ability: "Whenever Gutter Skulker attacks, if it's attacking alone, it can't be blocked this turn." Note that this version starts with a time ("whenever GS attacks"), making it a trigger so he could "gain the unblockable bonus," as you said.

Hello !

I wanted to know if the Gutter Skulker  ^Flip will be unblockable if it's has the Dorothea's Retribution aura on him !

1) Gutter Skulker can be blocked, because there are two monsters attacking in my team ?

2) Or Gutter Skulker attacks alone --> He gain the unblockable bonus. Even though he spawn the attacking 4/4 token, the bonus is still here ?

"Gutter Skulker can't be blocked as long as it's attacking alone."

--> He attacked alone ! But wasn't alone after the declaration of the attack. Is he unblockable or not ?
