At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you control five or more Deserts, create that many 1/1 red, green and white Sand Warrior creature tokens. They gain haste.

Yes. Desert Warfare returns 'that card,' and the land is a Desert when it goes to the graveyard, so Desert Warfare will trigger when it goes to the graveyard and will find the card in your graveyard at the end step.

I'm a little confused with how Omo, Queen of Vesuva interacts with Desert Warfare. If I have Omo out and I have a land with an everything counter that gets sent to the graveyard, do I return that card to the battlefield later due to Desert Warfare's ability even though when it hits the graveyard it isn't a Desert anymore? Thanks!
