Call the Spirit Dragons

Dragons you control have indestructible. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy them.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, for each colour, put a +1/+1 counter on a dragon you control of that colour. If you put +1/+1 counters on five Dragons this way, you win the game.
