I have a buddy that wants to get into commander/edh but he literally has no cards (he has played magic but got out after Return to Ravnica and sold his cards and now wants to play again). For Christmas, I got him all 5 of the new commander 2016 cards. Out of those cards, we want to try to build the best deck possible.

We are on a budget for this deck of 50$ worth of cards over what is available in the 2016 commander set. We thought it might be fun to have a community-built deck.

Rules. Deck must use a majority of the cards from the commander 2016 set.Any cards suggested out of the set must be within the budget.
