Hey Tarthrin sorry just saw your response! These would be my swaps:

Obelisk of Esper (too vanilla) -> Patriar's Seal

Betrayal (falls off if you take control of the creature) -> Cloudshift

Carry Away (too situational) -> Bastion Protector

Profane Procession (too costly) -> Magewright's Stone

Oath of Teferi (too situational) -> a land, maybe Restless Reef?

Magistrate's Scepter (too costly) -> a land, maybe Restless Anchorage?

Indulgent Tormentor (too costly) -> Loyal Drake

I would also try to cut some of the higher-cmc cards for a few more lands since 31 lands is very low

Hello Temur_Frontier. Yes, I would say I have had a lot of fun playing Moritte since I've completed the project. She's undergone a fair amount of revisions since Strixhaven so stay tuned for an update. While the Biovisionary line is certainly the predominant way to win, I've found that just creating immense of value also seems to accelerate the deck to a win. I've incorporated more cards with the Lieutenant mechanic into the deck as Moritte will count herself if she clones one of those cards. Copying something like Loyal Drake or Thunderfoot Baloth has been immensely strong.

So, I'd add Watcher of the Spheres for that sweet cost reduction. You're also missing a card that gives you the Monarch, so I'd recommend Skyline Despot if you want a big beater that can also churn out flying tokens, or Court of Grace if you want something less costly (both in mana as money costs) that still churns out flying tokens. Also, you're missing Pramikon, Sky Rampart the objectively best Jeskai flyer in the game. As a final card I want to suggest Loyal Drake for pretty decent card draw, although I'm not sure if you need it with your Commanders
