You should probably lower your curve a little bit. Right now you only have 5 cards in your deck that you could cast before turn 3. Some decks will kill you before you have a chance to play anything. Have you thought about adding more 1 and 2 drop creatures?
I think Indulgent Aristocrat might fit since it can gain life, sacrifice a creature for Blood Artist and put +1/+1 counters on your vampires. You might want to add some removal as well since it can take you a few turns to get going.

#1Have you thought about adding Viscera Seer? It would work well with Blood Artist and Kalastria. It would also help you if you have Vampire Nocturnus out with a land on top of your deck.
