First off, tappedout is not letting me comment on the deck for some reason so sorry for putting it here.
Second off, sorry for the late reply, real life has been keeping me busy.
So in the mainboard there are still a few things I think need to be addressed, Magma Jet needs to come out in my opinion, it just isn't that effective. Additionally, the creatures could use another look. Akroan Hoplite is a card that may seem good however its lack of evasion hurts it. At best it is an easy chump block in pretty much every case scenario. Glory-Bound Initiate is a nice agro piece I feel should be included. Additionally, 23 lands is a bit steep with your curve, I would consider bumping it down to 20/21 to give yourself more room, this maybe even allowing you to keep the burn package and play more creatures. Notably, if you can get your hands on a Glorybringer or two that would be the ideal curve topper in an agro deck like this. I also think there is an argument for borrowing Bomat Courier from the standard agro red deck just for the draw potential.
The other route for this deck is just to convert it to burn but that seems too simple.
As for the sideboard, before I give any suggestions, looking at the side you have displayed it is seemingly a mix of cards that really are not for the side and a few staples, so quickly, it would be a great help to me if you could give me a quick run down of the decks and strategies you face most frequently.
Like how the deck is coming!

Thanks XenomorphX! I'm assuming you are talking about Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth? No one has suggested that card yet. I'm curious, how do you think it will help my deck (Other than making all of my basic plains dual lands)? I have never used Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth so I am unfamiliar to all of its implications. I will definitely check out your deck.

I second what Steeven1 said above. Wall of Omens is a great card. Have you ever gotten Heroes Remembered out on the battlefield? I don't know if I have ever had a game go 10 turns. I would get rid of Lightkeeper of Emeria and Perimeter Captain. You have better creatures in your deck that you could max out instead. Platinum Angel is an awesome card that you have in your Maybeboard. I would have it in my Mainboard. +1 from me!

No Gifted Aetherborn? It has deathtouch and lifelink.

I'm going to attempt to fix my sideboard to represent what I would actually use.
Let me know what you think once I fix the deck.

Hey, LoneCrusader399, it seems like half of the cost is in 2 cards, Celestial Colonnade and Snapcaster Mage. Will the deck not function properly without those cards or just be less competitive? I'm thinking less competitive without the Celestial Colonnade and won't function properly without the Snapcaster Mage.
I think I'm going to work on my own version of a Azorius deck and add in Steel of the Godhead like you suggested.

I agree with everything ZendikariWol said above. Graceful Adept is the key card and needs to be a 4 of. I would change out Simic Growth Chamber for 2 more Reliquary Tower and some dual lands that don't tap when entering the battlefield. You need to change out most of your creatures. A bunch of 1 count creatures means that you will never know what creatures you might draw.

Hey Oloro_Magic, my deck has changed a lot from the last time that you looked at it. I was wondering if you would take another peek at it and let me know what I should change. I think my mainboard is set, not quite sure, but my sideboard needs help.

Remove Sphinx of Magosi, 3 Shock, Chain Reaction, and a few basic lands to reduce it down to 23 lands. There are a bunch of cards that you could upgrade. Taking out 3 Lightning Strike and adding in 3 Lightning Bolt would be a start. Swiftwater Cliffs are tap lands, you should remove those and add in some Sulfur Falls or Shivan Reef or Spirebluff Canal. Ideally, you would add in 4 of each of those dual lands. I would get rid of your creatures except for Thing in the Ice Flip and max out that to 4 cards. Hope this helps!
