Dropped a Curious Obsession for a fourth copy of Siren Stormtamer, and just made the deck more streamlined by getting rid of Disinformation Campaign. It's a cool card, but a 3 mana draw 1 is way too slow when compared to Notion Rain, Discovery / Dispersal and Curious Obsession

I feel like the deck could use some more mill, and it's also lacking recursion. 2 World Shaper and 2 The Eldest Reborn might be worth running if you replace Golgari Raiders. Raiders needs at least 4 creatures in the bin to be worth playing for 4 mana, so it can be a dead card at times.
I think Molderhulk would be a decent replacement for Charnel Troll, since it can easily be a 2 or 3 mana 6/6 without the downside of exiling creatures every upkeep and making your Undergrowth effects weaker.

Hostage Taker would probably be a better option than Doom Whisperer, for right now at least. Whisperer is pretty expensive, and doesn't really fit with the budget aspect of the deck. Hostage Taker seems like it would be able to apply decent pressure depending on what you hit, and just serves as even more removal/anti-tempo.

-Arcanity- What would you replace it with?

I could probably drop 2 Disinformation for 2 Discovery, then drop 1 Price of Fame and 1 Nightveil Sprite for 2 Erasure. Main reason I was avoiding Erasure is because once Nightveil Sprite hits the board I can pretty much activate Disinformation Campaign once or twice each turn, and at that point the opponent's hand size is going to be small as-is, though I guess once you play 1 Disinformation Campaign the recursion makes playing it at max less valuable since there's no viable way to actually play more than 1 or 2 at a time.
