Ah okay, I wasn't sure if "cost imposed by the rules of a Commander game" applied to the command tax or not, I'm somewhat new to the format and that rule was never needed to be discussed in games I played. That clears it up though, thanks.

I'm pretty sure Rakdos, Lord of Riots reduces commander cost, but more specifically, does it also reduce the extra cost if my commander is returned to the command zone? Gatherer says it doesn't reduce additional costs, but I just wanted to make sure that doesn't count and is just a regular casting cost.

This is a Mardu aggro deck that abuses Pandemonium and uses Rakdos, Lord of Riots as an accelerator for my creatures. Kaalia is extra help to bring my creatures out faster, and she also allows me to ignore Rakdos's casting requirement. I'm not even close to done at this point, and there are probably a ton of good creatures I'm missing. I'm considering Archangel Avacyn  Flip for extra damage once she transforms, and maybe Panharmonicon to amplify Pandemonium's effect, as well as the CIP effects of some of my other creatures. I'm also thinking about flicker effects, but I'm not sure what I should add. I should probably also add things to protect me from Pandemonium since it's symmetrical.

I decided to add Boseiju, Who Shelters All and Netherborn Phalanx to my deck, and I'm also considering replacing Treasury Thrull with Sun Titan to get my more important things on the field easier. It's not only a much bigger body but it's also a little less mana intensive.

Oh, I forgot all about Netherborn Phalanx. that's perfect! I have a few ways to transmute it over and over again if necessary too. I'll probably put Expedition Map in there as well, I don't really think I need both Lightning Greaves and Swiftfoot Boots anyway.

If I cast a spell with Boseiju, Who Shelters All with Dovescape in play, what happens? Obviously the spell will resolve, but does Dovescape have to be able to counter the spell in order for me to get the tokens, or is that a separate effect?

Good idea, Boseiju should work just fine. Crucible of Worlds is a bit too expensive for me unfortunately, but I had considered it. Land destruction is frowned upon in EDH from what I hear though so I don't see it as a huge concern anyway. Besides that though I wouldn't know where to fit it either way.

I would suggest adding something like Darksteel Citadel or some other indestructible artifact to protect your liches even further. You don't have to add too many artifact lands so you don't screw up your mana base, but it might help for some insurance. But if you are worried about possible mana problems, you can add Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to make sure you have the full potential with Liliana of the Dark Realms and Lashwrithe.

I'm having a little trouble finishing my Sen Triplets deck, I do have the full 100 on the list, but I need to replace some things. My main concern is a few conflicts between Guile + Dovescape and a few of my x costed spells, I thought it would be a good idea, but then I realized that Guile wouldn't allow me to play them. I've considered adding Sphinx of the Final Word to protect them from Dovescape, but I don't know where to put it without screwing up my mana base. I've also considered removing those conflicting spells altogether and replacing them with something like Army of the Damned, but I'm not sure. My biggest worry is the fact that Guile exiles the spells, so I can't use them over again to fuel Metallurgic Summonings. Any suggestions?

I'm building a commander deck, but I'm not entirely sure how the rules on Sen Triplets works. I know it allows me to play my opponents' spells, but upon reading the official rules it sounds like I can't play their sorceries and creatures? So I guess I would need something like Vedalken Orrery to have access to everything?
