The concept is pretty simple, use Notion Thief to exploit symmetrical draws or force downsides of cards like Sign in Blood on my opponent while reaping the benefits, and using control spells, Jace, and beatdown to win. I'm still tweaking it a bit, and the sideboard is a work in progress as well, so let me know what you suggest.

I decided to replace the Psychosis Crawlers and Bloodgift Demons with a playset of Jace Beleren for the win condition. I also removed the Viridian Claws in favor of Elixir of Immortality for recursion, and I replaced the Psychic Strikes with Mana Leak. Should I just go with Negate though? It seems that a lot of tournament decks don't focus on catch-all counterspells, but I'm unsure. I do have a good amount of creature removal, so maybe it's fine. I wish there were better hard counters in Modern, I don't like giving my opponent permission. Since I have a decent amount of instants and sorceries, I replaced the Tidehollow Strix with a playset of Delver of Secrets ^Flip, and I'm considering Polluted Deltas, but I'm not sure where to put them. I also added Ghost Quarter for extra control, and it should be even better with the Elixirs since it lets me reuse them. I might put in Fulminator Mage. but I need to figure out where to put them as well. Should I add Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for a bit more mana fixing, or is it good enough?
